Meet the Owner

Shirley Toth is a free-lance designer and web developer based in Upstate New York. She prides herself on friendly service and personal attention to her clients’ unique needs. Shirley holds an Associate of Applied Science in Web Development and Information Design from Mohawk Valley Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Prior to founding Quip Web Designs, Shirley enjoyed a fulfilling career as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Navy (GO NAVY!) and Federal Aviation Administration.
